Where are you located?
Our team is based in Northern California!
  
How can I track my package?
You should be able to track your package via the link that is sent to you in the shipping confirmation email.  If you are having trouble, email us! 
 
Why can't I track my order/ where is it?
Some of our products are shipped from our overseas warehouses to save on costs and resources.  Your tracking may not update until it reaches USPS & if that is the case, don't worry! It may just need some more time to update. It should arrive between 7-15 days from receiving your shipping confirmation.  If you have any questions though, you are always welcome to reach out to us and we will be happy to give you some peace of mind!
  
Where is the remaining part of my order?
Since some of our products may come from separate manufacturers, this means that products may arrive separately.  If your order has not arrived altogether please allow 3-5 business days for the remaining items to arrive!
 
How do I return an item? 
1.  Email us at support@chazhomedesign.com
2.  Request a return label.
3.  Print out the label you receive from us & send back the item. 
4.  Once we receive the item & requirements are met, we will refund you.  (see details below)

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
