I don't usually write reviews but I have to for this amazing bag. I love that it's simple without a giant brand name on it. It's got some plushiness to it and super comfortable to wear.

The first bag I got - the zipper broke off and I was super bummed. I sent an email asking if they could send me a new zipper pull but instead they literally sent me a brand new bag and even let me pick a different color.

They truly care about their customers and I am a HUGE fan! I look forward to trying other products in the future.

Okay, I am that person who literally wears a fanny pack with multiple compartments, because a) I'm disabled-need to keep rescue meds handy and available b) I'm obsessed with audiobooks/podcasts etc, so having my phone easily accessible is awesome c) chapstick, car keys, wallet, doggie pick up bags, pepper spray legit all in my fanny packs, which NOW have transferred to my Chaz bags which I'm so friggen stoked about! I can now keep all my essentials with me, day to night, and be stylish to boot! Looking forward to stocking up all the colors!

I’ve never had a better customer service experience. Other brands need to take lessons.

I reached out for some help with my order because I messed up on my initial order and the girl that helped me was super wonderful to coordinate with! Once I received the bag, I was excited because it is exactly what I was looking for - something I could wear every day! I love it and will definitely be ordering from Chaz again!

I initially bought the Lululemon belt bag for my weekend errands, soccer games, etc but it was just a little too small and I bought this bag to replace it. I love it. Its a great size, seems very durable and I love the colors. Will be purchasing another color soon!
